RETURN POLICY

Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria
All customers must submit an RMA Request and use the issued RMA number for exchanges and refunds.
RMA numbers are valid for 45 days from the delivered date of order. Upon item delivery date, RMA requests must be submitted within 30 days or the request will be declined. If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you at your cost. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified, any credit request will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our Returns Warehouse that may be incurred by Infiniteincorp.com. By requesting an RMA and/or shipping a return in violation of this policy you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Warehouse. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufacturers allow us no room to make exceptions.

All returns must include the following:

1.     Original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)

2.    Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within our return policy period. Infiniteincorp.com will not accept returns without an RMA number and materials will be sent back on sender's expense. (RMAs are valid for 15 days, within which the return must be ship out to Infiniteincorp.com)

3.    The return must be complete and include all accessories (screen protector, accompanying items, remote controls, batteries, software disks, instruction manual etc.)

4.   The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.

Warranty will only apply for manufacture defect. Once clothing items have been washed or worn, they will be considered used and non-returnable. If there is a manufacturer defect for clothing, it must be found prior to being washed or worn in order to be replaced or refunded. Defective earphones may be sent back to be tested by our Tech. Department, and if the item(s) suffer from a manufacture defect, they will be granted a replacement or refunded. Earphones that have been opened and sent back that are not deemed defective will NOT be replaced or refunded and will be sent back only at the customer's expense. Screen protectors will be considered used if the package has been opened or tampered with.

Special items with Free shipping
All free shipping items will have 15% restocking fee for any returns.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number
Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree to bear risk of loss for the product during return shipment. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted by Infiniteincorp.com.

Cross-Ship (Advance Replacement)
All cross-ship items will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• Customer agrees to pay first. In order for Infiniteincorp.com to process the accurate cross ship request, customers will have to pay for the replacement product first.
• The exact exchange for the same product. Advance replacement is only available when exchanging for the same exact product.
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is a service you pay for the shipping companies.
• 15% restocking fee will be applied for all items returned which are not in brand new, unopened condition and wrong items ordered.

All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products
The shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping company, not to Infiniteincorp.com, therefore all shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Physical Damages to any product will void the product's warranty and eligibility for return
Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered as physically damaging the product and will void the product's warranty. A product cannot be returned under these circumstances. It is our policy that all returned products must be in new condition (no physical damages). We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product. Unfortunately in our experience some people have used the entire product and then sent it back asking for a refund.

Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return
From the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card company 72 hours to 10 days to apply your credit, time may vary base on different credit card company . Please note that after we process the refund we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit your account.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain Products labeled as "Non-Refundable" (or similar labeling) are not Refundable. Manufacture warrantees are not covered by Infinite International Inc.. If any of these items are damaged or defective you may contact the manufacturer under the warranty and conditions if applicable.

Free Store Credit
In the case of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): If you refund an order after redeeming the store credit code, your store credit amount will be deducted from your total refund amount. If you have purchased an item using your Free Store Credit, we will bill you the amount used. If you exchange a product instead, the Free Store Credit will not be affected. RMA with purchases using Free Store Credits can only be exchanged with the same item or item of equal value, no refund will be granted.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy:

• On average orders are shipped the same day or next day, following the receipt of your order. All orders received after 3:00 PM PST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday morning.
• Most orders are shipped USPS, UPS or Fedex and should arrive on shipping option days from the order date. Please remember, once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival, but we will do everything we can to help you get your order to you promptly.
• Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders already placed. Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive it. For more details on return shipping. please see our Return Policy.

Sales Tax and Duty
Customer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax. Please verify with your customs before making purchase.

Shipping to an address different from your billing address
If you choose to ship to an address different from your credit card billing address, we may contact you to confirm your shipping and billing addresses to prevent possible fraudulent use of your credit card.

Undelivered Package & Return to Shipper (RTS) Package Policy

If the address you provided us is undeliverable, we may contact you to verify your address for reshipment. However, you are responsible for the shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and the re-delivered shipment.

The following reasons for Return to Shipper are not errors from us, therefore, all shipping fees will not be reimbursed due to the fact that all shipping fee are prepaid to the carriers.

Promotional Free Ground Shipping Items:
There will be a flat fee rate of $2.00 for all RTS for Refund or Reship purposes.

Non-Promotional Items:
For all RTS package being refunded, the shipping fee will not be reimbursed.
For all RTS package being reship, a reshipping fee will be applied.

Tracking an order package
Tracking information will be available once your order has been shipped. You will receive a confirmtion email when you place order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
